   This blog is a feminist take on the classic literature read in high school. For the most part, it is not empowering to women; it was not empowering in the time it was written and continues to have a negative impact on society. We seek to raise awareness about these faults in the high school curriculum in the hopes that our young men and women will get a balance between masculine dominated literature and feminine literature.
